Turnkey Compressed Air Systems in NC & SC

One partner for the entire compressed air scope - sizing, equipment, piping, controls, and commissioning - so contractors, plant managers, and facility owners hand off a working system, not a coordination problem.

When Contractors & Plants Call Us

Turnkey Projects We Take On

New Facility, No Air Yet

New building, PEMB, or manufacturing plant with no compressed air infrastructure - we scope compressor, dryer, receiver, and full piping.

Plant Expansion or New Line

Added shifts, new tools, or a new production cell has outgrown the existing compressor - we add capacity without disrupting the plant.

Compressor Room Rebuild

Old room, no cooling, no controls, no records - we redesign the layout for airflow, service access, and sequencing.

Multiple Vendors, No Ownership

One vendor does the compressor, another does piping, no one owns the outcome - we deliver a single scope and a single warranty.

Air Quality Requirements

Paint, food, pharma, or ISO air quality classes - we specify dryers and filtration to hit the class you need.

CapEx Timeline Pressure

A deadline for commissioning, hand-off to operations, or an inspection - we build the schedule around your production date.

Process

Our Turnkey Process

  1. Step 1

    Scope & Site Walk

We walk the plant, talk to operations and maintenance, and gather the CFM, pressure, and air quality requirements.

  2. Step 2

    Design & Quote

We size the compressor, dryer, storage, filtration, and piping and present a single turnkey quote you can present to procurement.

  3. Step 3

    Install & Pipe

Compressor room build-out, equipment set, aluminum or steel piping, filtration, drains, and controls - installed and pressure-tested.

  4. Step 4

    Startup & Handover

Commissioning, operator training, documentation, and warranty - then we roll straight into your PM and service plan.

FAQ

Turnkey Compressed Air FAQs

+What does turnkey compressed air mean?

One partner owns the entire project - sizing, equipment selection, layout, procurement, installation, piping, controls, startup, and commissioning - and hands you a working system with documentation. You do not have to coordinate three trades.

+Do you work with general contractors and design-build firms?

Yes. We partner with industrial general contractors, design-build firms, PEMB contractors, mechanical contractors, and millwrights across the Carolinas as their compressed air scope for new plants, expansions, and CapEx projects.

+Can you size a system for a new facility or plant expansion?

Yes. We size compressor HP, storage, dryer capacity, filtration, and piping around your CFM demand, duty cycle, air quality requirements, and future growth - so the system is right today and can grow with you.

+Do you handle the piping too, or just the equipment?

Both. We install compressed air piping in aluminum and steel, size mains and drops, add filtration and drains at the right points, and pressure-test the system before startup.

+What happens after startup and commissioning?

We hand off documentation, then continue as your service partner for preventative maintenance, inspections, emergency response, and future expansions - one number to call.

Planning a New Plant, Expansion, or Compressor Room?
