Water in Air Lines
Dryer failure, plugged drains, or an undersized system dumping condensate into your tools and product.
Refrigerated Dryer Repair
Compressor faults, refrigerant leaks, hot gas bypass, and heat exchanger cleaning on every major brand.
Desiccant Dryer Service
Tower switching, valve service, desiccant change-outs, and purge tuning to hit dew point without wasting air.
Filter & Drain Failure
Coalescing and particulate filters, automatic drains, and oil-water separators - service and replacement.
Dryer Sizing & Replacement
Right-sized refrigerated or desiccant replacement based on real CFM, pressure, inlet temp, and dew point target.
Air Quality Verification
Dew point measurement and air quality verification so you know the fix actually worked.
Process
Our Air Dryer Service Process
- Step 1
Measure
We measure dew point, pressure drop, and drain performance - not guess from a nameplate.
- Step 2
Diagnose
Root cause across the whole moisture path - dryer, drains, filters, piping, inlet conditions.
- Step 3
Repair or Replace
Component-level repair when it's the right call. Correctly sized replacement when it's not.
- Step 4
Verify
Dew point re-measured and documented - you know the fix worked before we leave.
Refrigerated vs. Desiccant
Right Dryer, Right Sized, Right Dew Point
An undersized dryer costs you scrap. An oversized desiccant dryer wastes purge air every hour it runs. We size to your real CFM, pressure, inlet temp, and dew point target - and service every major brand of refrigerated and desiccant dryer.
FAQ
Air Dryer FAQs
+Why do I have water in my air lines?
Almost always a failed or undersized dryer, plugged condensate drains, or a dryer sized for cooler weather than what your plant sees. We diagnose the whole moisture path - dryer, drains, filters, and piping - not just swap parts.
+Refrigerated or desiccant - which do I need?
Refrigerated dryers hit a +38 to +40 F pressure dew point and cover most plant air. Desiccant is required for freeze protection, instrument air, or process work at -40 F dew point. We size based on your CFM, pressure, and dew point spec.
+Do you service every dryer brand?
Yes. Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Sullair, Kaeser, Quincy, Hankison, Zeks, Domnick Hunter, Parker, Van Air, and more - refrigerated and desiccant.
+Can you replace desiccant beads?
Yes. Desiccant change-outs on schedule, with the correct media for your dryer and your dew point target - and we check the towers, valves, and controls while we're in there.
+Do you handle filters and condensate management too?
Yes. Coalescing and particulate filters, automatic condensate drains, oil-water separators - the whole downstream train, so your air quality actually lands where you need it.
