Coalescing and particulate elements typically change annually or on differential pressure - whichever comes first. We set intervals based on your air quality target, dryer performance, and actual pressure drop measurements.

+What air quality class do I need?

It depends on what the air touches - general shop tools are ISO 8573 Class 4-6, paint and food contact are Class 2-3, breathing air and pharma are Class 1 or better. We help you match filtration to the actual requirement.

+Do you handle oil-water separators?

Yes. Condensate from oil-flooded compressors carries oil that cannot go down the drain - we install and service oil-water separators that keep you compliant and out of trouble.

+Will better filtration save me money?

Yes - two ways. Correctly specified filters cut pressure drop, which drops energy use, and they stop the contamination that ruins tools, pneumatic valves, dryers, and product.
